With this feature of the MR App, the authorized users and medical representatives can add and manage doctors and customers. The medical representatives can schedule the visits for a particular doctor or customer.

The admin can map the MR’s location on the map, total visits, see approval status, visit status, total sales, Rx audit, the outcome of every visit, whether samples and gifts are given or not, etc.

In this feature, the system allows the users to manage vehicles and assign them to sales teams, based on meter reading.

The admin can configure new users and define their roles as manager, supervisor, medical representative, and sub-admin.

The admin can see and manage the total visits and targets of each MR and evaluate their overall performance.

In this feature, the admin can view detailed reports for MR, team, manager, and supervisor.
